Sweet Little One

Been doing so many challenges- I really enjoy doing them so much; they give me focus and limits to what to do, ideas and inspiration to use and most of all I just love that I am creating again. I wish I didn’t have to do multiple posts- I want to ask this to my readers: should I keep to only one post per day or the more the merrier? Let me know!

This card is being entered into, firstly, to the Sweet Stampin’ Challenge Blog, which I was introduced to by some fellow cardmakers for the New Beginnings Challenge. Next, this will be my second entry into the Young Crafters Unite Challenge 5 for CAS entries, and also I’m entering this card to Papertrey Ink’s Make it Monday #47 using the Line Frame technique, and to to Top Tip Tuesday‘s Anything Goes challenge. Finally, also entering My Mum’s Craft Shop Challenges for Something New.

Celebrating a little one with a simple card…

With a line frame to really bring out the white space and focal point, I do love this technique! Can I just say I love the twine around the giraffe? Hehe!

Thank you so much again for visiting. Big hugs! I always return comments so please don’t forget to put in your URL so I can visit! xx Stephinka

  1. Another cute card. Love this one too 🙂

  2. I agree with Gayatri! The giraffe is one of my favorite dies for baby cards.

  3. Cute CAS card. Love that diecut behind the giraffe.

  4. This is so cute. Great die cuts. As for number of posts–I wonder about that, too. I say–post away. People will read and comment on whatever they have time and interest for. That’s my opinion, anyway. Nice that you are back.

    • Yay, post away! Yes I am definitely glad to be back and so super inspired by all the challenge blogs I’ve been looking at, now, to spam my readers with posts *laughs*

  5. Elegant cute card. Thank you for joining us at Sweet Stampin’ this week.

    Pam x

  6. Firstly Steph, welcome to Sweet Stampin’, we hope you’ll enjoy the challenges & play along often. Secondly re your posts, well it’s personal choice really. I think 2 or 3 in a day is fine but you may find your comments are spread out over the comments instead of getting them all in on hit (if you see what I mean). I guess it depends if you are worried about getting as many comments as possible or just entering the challenges for your personal satisfaction & if it means some posts get a few less comments then so be it. Am I making any sense at all lol?

Thirdly & most importantly of course, your gorgeous card….I love CAS cards & this is simply fabulous. Thanks so much for playing along with Sweet Stampin x

    • Hi Abi! I’m more worried about making some ginormous post with too much info/pics and people just skim over them or that it may not be clear to the challenge owners which cards I’m entering for whichever challenge since I do quite a few. I’m not worried about my comments being spread out at this point so you are right- I’m doing the challenges for my own satisfaction so that isn’t important. Comments are nice but are secondary to the challenges!

Thank you for your input on the subject anyway!! I’m so glad you like my card 🙂

  7. Simply beautiful!

Thank you for joining Anything Goes challenge at Top Tip Tuesday!

  8. Cute, cute, cute. Love the blue. Happy New Year.

  9. Great card, I love the clean and simple feel, and the line does bring it all together. Thanks for joining the Anything Goes Challenge at Top Tip Tuesday.
