Hi there! I just made this baby card for some challenges and once again, I had to take pictures in my room as it is dark outside and I am just too impatient to do this tomorrow 😉
You see the rainbow? It’s made out of paper from way back when I was in school; it was paper dividers in one of my files which I just dug up in my room today. Now that’s hoarding lol.
A quick run-through of what I used… The polka dot paper is from Melissa Frances’ Fifth Avenue 6×6 pad, the Welcome Baby stamp from PTI and the flourish also from PTI. Lastly, the rainbow and clouds are made from dies by Lil’ Inker Designs.
I rubbed some Distress Stickles in Clear Rocky Candy over the clouds to make them glittery 🙂
Using some Memento markers, I coloured in the flourish stamp to make a rainbow effect. Colouring stamps instead of just inking them is pretty great fun!
Time for beddy byes from me… Thanks for coming to visit!! xx Stephinka

Been doing so many challenges- I really enjoy doing them so much; they give me focus and limits to what to do, ideas and inspiration to use and most of all I just love that I am creating again. I wish I didn’t have to do multiple posts- I want to ask this to my readers: should I keep to only one post per day or the more the merrier? Let me know!
This card is being entered into, firstly, to the Sweet Stampin’ Challenge Blog, which I was introduced to by some fellow cardmakers for the New Beginnings Challenge. Next, this will be my second entry into the Young Crafters Unite Challenge 5 for CAS entries, and also I’m entering this card to Papertrey Ink’s Make it Monday #47 using the Line Frame technique, and to to Top Tip Tuesday‘s Anything Goes challenge. Finally, also entering My Mum’s Craft Shop Challenges for Something New.
Celebrating a little one with a simple card…
With a line frame to really bring out the white space and focal point, I do love this technique! Can I just say I love the twine around the giraffe? Hehe!
Thank you so much again for visiting. Big hugs! I always return comments so please don’t forget to put in your URL so I can visit! xx Stephinka
